Corporate - 21/08/07 SGS UK Black Cab Inspection Programme Following an international tender process in 2003 SGS United Kingdom Limited was awarded a contract with Transport for London’s (TfL) Public Carriage Office (PCO) for the inspection and licensing of London's 40,000 Private Hire Vehicles (PHV). This contract with SGS UK had an option for TfL to include the Black Cab operations at a future date.
